In the event that a item from us is received as damaged then all shipping costs will be waived and a full refund will be issued or a brand new item will be sent as a replacement as agreed.   WARRANTY Air mattresses are covered under a 20 year warranty, 5 years full and 15 years prorated. Latex mattresses are covered under a 15 year warranty, 15 years full on the latex, and 1 year full and 14 years prorated on the cover. Memory foam mattresses are covered for 10 years.
